Castledare Village 

Castledare Village is beautifully landscaped and features a “suburban style setting with internal roads for ease of access and security. It consists of high and low residential care services as well as 46 Independent Living Villas (ILV’s).

Our ILVs consist of 29 x 2-bedroom and 17 x 3 bedroom villas. All have carport and storage facilities.

 

Other features include:

  • Emergency call system;
  • Spacious living and dining areas;
  • Built-in robes and linen cupboards;
  • Well appointed kitchen;
  • Separate laundry with broom cupboard;
  • Private drying court;
  • Floor coverings;
  • Brick paved pergola area.

Community Centre

The Village is complemented by a spacious Community Centre that has   been designed as a multi-functional facility for the benefit of all   residents.  Family and friends are also welcome to join residents.

 

The Community Centre features a large activity area is often used for Village activities such as concerts, films, carpet bowls, playing pool and other general social functions. Other amenities include a formal lounge, library, dining area and a fully equipped commercial kitchen where all our resident’s meals are prepared.  Hairdressing, beautician and podiatry services are also available.

 

Chapel

The Catholic Chapel is available to all residents and may also be used by other denominations for services on request.

 

Local facilities/ Public Transport

  • Two major shopping centres- Riverton Forum and Westfield Carousel, are located within the local area.
  • The Canning River is a picturesque walk away and a fishing spot is nearby.
  • Whaleback Public Golf Course located in Canning Vale is a short distance by car (approx 9kms).

Bus Service-

 

Bus services 72 and 75 travelling between Canning Vale and the City stop opposite the Village on Fern Road.
