Servite Villas in Joondana is one of Catholic Homes smaller, more intimate villages, located atop of the hill with city views.
The complex features 6 x 1-bedroom and 18 x 2-bedroom villas.

Community Centre
The Village is complemented by a Community Centre that is ideal for small get-togethers to play carpet bowls, morning and afternoon tea functions and as a communal TV room for special viewings. Family and friends are also welcome to join residents.
Religious Services
Catholic Mass is celebrated on Tuesday mornings in our Community Room with a Communion Service on Sunday mornings. Anglican services are held fortnightly, and Rosary is said daily in the Chapel.
Other services
Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry and hairdressing services visit the site regularly and can be accessed by residents.
Bus trips are available each week and a fortnightly shopping service is available fortnightly.
Local Facilities/ Public transport
Dog Swamp and Flinders Square Shopping Centres, are located within the local area, and Westfield Innaloo Shopping Centre is approximately 5kms from Servite Villas.
Bus Service-
Bus services travelling between Tuart Hill and the City can be accessed from the bus stop located just outside the Villas on Edinboro Street.
