Marist

Marist is friendly 40-bed home in Belmont, close to Ascot Quay, public transport, shopping centres and parks. All the rooms are private, with a shared bathroom.  The caring team at Marist genuinely care about every resident and have created a homely environment where each person is treated with love and respect.

Catholic Homes believes in Care with Purpose - promoting independence and encouraging and supporting people to do as much as possible for themselves so they remain active and busy. Care with purpose ensures that you remain involved in making choices about how your day is spent and how you wish to be part of the community.  Our residences are a place where you can choose to put your feet up or get involved in the everyday activities that make a house a home

At Marist you will be encouraged to remain close to the people you care for and friends and family are always welcome to visit for a tea, coffee or meal. A dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator organises a busy activity calendar that gives you the opportunity to go on trips and pursue your passions. There are also regular health and wellbeing classes with the Allied Health Team.

The chef at Marist prepares delicious meals, including as morning and afternoon tea daily.  The meals are served from a buffet, allowing people to choose their own food on the day. All residents are supported by our team if they need assistance at meal times.

The onsite chapel has regular Catholic mass and services from other religions. Our pastoral care team is available to families and people living at our residences.
