St Vincent’s is set in the leafy and picturesque suburb of Guildford. The residence itself sits on the banks of the Swan River and has stunning views of the water and surrounding area. The beautiful natural landscape is one of the most appealing aspects of this amazing location.

St Vincent’s has 20 single rooms and 46 shared rooms, each with television and phone connections. Residents are encouraged to personalise their own space by bringing photos, furniture and anything else that will make you feel at home.

Staff can offer transport for a fee, if you are unable to go by yourself.

A dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator organises a busy activity calendar and there are regular health and wellbeing classes with the Allied Health Team.  

The chef at St Vincent’s prepares delicious meals as well as morning and afternoon tea daily.  Any special dietary requirements for medical or religious needs can be catered for.   

The onsite chapel has regular Catholic mass and services from other religions. Our pastoral care team is available to families and people living at our residences.

Conveniently, the Midland Gate Shopping Centre is only three train stops away, or a short 10 minute drive.
