St Vincent’s Aged Care

With an uninterrupted view on the banks of the Swan River, this enviable piece of land is home to St Vincent’s Aged Care.  Starting its life as a community hospital and with a long history of servicing the community, St Vincent’s provides care to 66 residents.

There are 20 individual and shared rooms, 4 lounge areas, a communal dining room and a beautifully appointed chapel.  Boasting beautiful views of the Swan River and natural landscape all rooms are air conditioned.

A podiatrist and hairdresser visit the site on a regular basis and St Vincent’s can offer an extensive rehabilitation program for hostel residents through our Day Therapy service on site.

With an active social program and regular bus outings, St Vincent’s is really part of the Guildford community.

Catholic Mass is celebrated daily in the chapel and Anglican services are held fortnightly.
