Catholic Homes Inc Board of Management
Catholic Homes Inc. is an incorporated association and recognised as a charitable institution. The Organisation is governed by a Board of Management elected from the Association’s membership.
Board membership is balanced in its composition with each member bringing a range of complementary skills and expertise to the organisation including marketing, finance, legal, and property management together with the responsibility of representing the Archbishop of Perth and Bishop of Bunbury.
Catholic Homes’ Inc. Board performs a vital role in the Organisation including:
- Development of the Organisations Strategic Plan, aims, objectives and goals.
- Ensure the Organisations structure, operations and legal and regulatory framework of the sector and in line with the Constitution of the Association and best practice Governance;
- Promote and develop the Organisation in order for it to grow and maintain relevance within the market place;
- Maintain sound financial management of the Organisations resources, ensuring expenditure is in line with the Organisations mission and values;
- Approving the annual budget and monitoring the financial performance of Organisation;
- Ensure the effective and efficient administration through sustainable leadership practices within the Organisation.
