Loads of fun activities have been happening at Servite Village this month and we’re only halfway through May.
Our residents enjoyed a ferry trip from the Mends Street Jetty in South Perth to Elizabeth Quay. Afternoon tea was extra tasty with the city skyline and river views as a striking backdrop.
A Mother’s Day High Tea was served in our courtyard with a delicious spread prepared by our Chef Ricky Bajaj. Facility Manager Sue Elliott presented chocolate roses to all our mothers.
Our High Tea was made just that little more special with a donation of carnations from St Dennis Primary School in Joondanna.
Our residents helped arrange the flowers into vases for table decorations and the floral display was enjoyed throughout the entire Mother’s Day weekend.
Chef Ricky Bajaj started monthly cooking classes with our residents this May. Together they prepared matchstick pastries and lemon butter with lemons that had been donated to Servite Village.
