Administration Officer - Castledare Village

About the Role          

This position is based at Castledare Village residential aged care facility. Situated in Wilson, Castledare Village sits next to the meandering Canning River, and comprises 73 private rooms, in four houses; one of which is a specialised dementia facility as well as the new Comfort Care Centre.   

This role provides administrative support to the Facility and reports directly to the Facility Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and telephone duties
  • General office administration support
  • Assisting the Facility Manager with the staff roster
  • Preparing a monthly newsletter
  • Maintaining and updating staff and resident records
  • Assisting residents and visitors with general queries


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Possess experience in Aged Care (essential)
  • Possess previous experience in reception/administration (essential)
  • Be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office suite
  • Possess previous experience with RosterOn and Senior Living Solutions (SLS) software (highly desirable)
  • Be able to work cooperatively in a team environment and autonomously with little supervision
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess high levels of organisational, time management and priority setting skills
