My vehicle service on 29 May 2026 rescued me from a possible disaster re my front tyres In particular They looked Ok on outside, but were splitting on the inside. I thank the team involved with my vehicle and for ringing to discuss better options than “my simple service”, at Willetton Auto Masters on High Road, Willetton. We chose Catholic Homes for Mum’s care at home and respite. Jean our case manager was so caring and personable to Mum and myself and sister. She understood the complexity of our family dynamic and approached aged care with real compassion. Last minute changes were no problem and she found solutions, as challenges came up. All of the staff at Castledare are fantastic, very helpful and they have a genuine interest in the happiness of their customers. They are always running activities, even for those who can't walk, there's always something for them to do. The facilities are lovely, with nice gardens. They are very careful with medications and communicate often. I've found in another organisation (not Catholic care), they over medicated my Aunty and had no activities, so Castledare is a breath of fresh air! I'm at level 3/4 package ,,my partner is my carers,.Hewas recently diagnosed with. DEMENTIA,THE. My mum just had 2 weeks respite at this facility- or should I say she just booked into this hotel for 2 weeks. Staff, food, activities were amazing. I was almost tempted to check in myself. A friend of ours decided to move there, the units are big enough for one or two people, it truly is a lovely place, rental is reasonable. If you’re over 65 yrs old, you can enquire about a unit, you might be lucky enough to get a unit, or put yourself on a list. This place is for the elderly, self sufficient most of the time, can grow plants there, it’s opposite the ocean. I think there is a bus service nearby but not sure. We were so very happy with the care and love my Dad received at Trinity. He really enjoyed living here and we couldn't fault anything. The care was absolutely amazing. My Dad sadly passed away  on the 30th May 2023 and we have just received a beautiful card from them saying they are thinking of us on his anniversary so very thoughtful and kind. Have been a client of catholichomes for sometime now and can honestly say that everyone from case manager to cleaners have been exceptional going above and beyond. Nothing is to much trouble and they genuinely care how you are. My wife and I cannot praise them enough they work with you to ensure the best outcomes. Our parents were fortunate enough to move into the Castledare Residential facility in 2019. Unfortunately my father passed away in Sept 2021 but he had the most caring, respectful care from the wonderful staff and died peacefully in his own bed. My mother is still there and is very happy. The staff, from management to the cleaners are well trained and approachable. Also the kitchen staff provide good food which is an added bonus. Management is always available to discuss any issues and are happy to accommodate residents/families if they can. If there was an assessment score for general well-being and happiness I would certainly give them 10 out of 10! My 94 year old father has lived here for many years  now.  He has never been happier.  The staff are wonderful and may I  say, a blessing to him. They go way beyond the usual to make him happy. The carers are all kind, respectful and friendly. The chef, Ricky, deserves a special mention for his thoughtfulness. We, the family, rest easy knowing dad is in very capable hands. Thank you all. November 2020. I wish to add a note after my initial review some years ago. Sadly, my dad passed away in August this year. He was happy at this home until the day he died. The excellence of the staff was reflected when they, almost everyone, attended his funeral and sincerely showed their heartfelt emotions to us, his family. This too, in these Covid ridden times. A wonderful place that will go out of its way to care for your aging loved ones. Staff are all amazing, facilities are great and the staff organise a whole host of varied activities to keep the clients engaged. I have not visited many of these types of facilities, but from the few I have, Servite Village is far and away the best I have experienced when visiting.
