Catholic Homes to Commence Management of Beacon Hill Village

Beaconsfield, WA | 2 February 2026

Catholic Homes has commenced management of Beacon Hill Village in Beaconsfield from 1 February, welcoming the village into its network of Independent Living communities.

Beacon Hill Village has a strong and long-standing connection with the Beaconsfield Parish community. Catholic Homes will support the ongoing management and operation of the village, with a focus on continuity, pastoral care and clear communication for residents during the transition.

Chief Executive Officer Darren Cutri said Catholic Homes was pleased to support the Beacon Hill community and continue its close relationship with the local parish.

“Beacon Hill Village has a deep connection to the Beaconsfield Parish, with the village located adjacent to Christ the King Church, and we see this as an opportunity to honour that history while supporting residents to continue living well and feeling connected to their community,” Mr Cutri said.

“As an agency of the Catholic Church, Catholic Homes is committed to working collaboratively with parishes and other Catholic organisations. We are very open to conversations with other Catholic communities about how we can support aged care needs now and into the future.”

Wayne Sgro, Board Chair of Beacon Hill Village Inc., said, “Catholic Homes has been a welcome addition to Beacon Hill Village. From the outset, their management team has been proactive and supportive, demonstrating a genuine commitment to residents, the Parish, and the ongoing success of the village.”
