Catholic Homes Key Updates (last updated 17 April 2025)
Catholic Homes is continuing to prepare and evolve across key areas of our operations as part of our commitment to delivering high-quality aged care services that align with the new Aged Care Act and Support at Home Program commencing from 1 July 2025.
Here’s an update on three important changes underway
Introducing a New Client Management System
We are transitioning to a new Client Management System. This modern platform will replace our current system and improve how we manage, record, and respond to the needs of our Home Care clients.
Policies and Procedures Aligned with the New Standards
We are reviewing and updating our policies and procedures to ensure they align with the new Aged Care Quality Standards. This work is crucial to ensuring Catholic Homes continues to provide safe, consistent, and high-quality care under the new reforms.
Review and Streamlining of Home Care Suppliers
To strengthen the consistency of our services and ensure compliance with upcoming regulatory changes, Catholic Homes is conducting a thorough review of all third-party suppliers providing home care on our behalf.
This process will ensure that all partners meet our high standards for quality, safety, and person-centred care, which align with the new Aged Care Standards.
