There are 46 villas; 39 are two bedroom and the other is three. Each has a large open living space, private courtyard and individual garage with plenty of storage space. The village is a safe and secure area for you to live with regular patrols throughout the day and night.
It is co-located with an aged care residence and villa owners are encouraged to make use of the wide array of services it offers, including an onsite chapel, hairdressing, a library and fresh meals prepared daily.
There is a community centre at the heart of the village that’s open to all villa owners. The centre is regularly home to activities such as concerts, films, carpet bowls, playing pool and other social functions.
The dedicated and caring retirement village team are on call to attend if you require help with day to day living. In addition, villa residents are also welcome to use Catholic Homes’ Care at Home services to help with day to day living. You may, for example, want someone to accompany you to a doctor’s appointment or social event.

The Canning River offers a picturesque walk away from the village with a convenient fishing spot is located nearby.
The Whaleback Public Golf Course located in Canning Vale is only a short drive away at approximately 9kms from the village.
The local bus services 72 and 75 stop opposite the Village along Fern Road and travel between Canning Vale and the City.
