Servite serves Swan Lake
Cooking with Chef Damiano has proven to be a hit with at Servite Residential Care.
Each month the hotel services team at the residence finds creative recipes and we all get involved with culinary creative flair.
Our residents enjoy chatting and sharing their cooking tips and tricks with one another, whilst providing opportunities for reminiscence.
In September, the theme was Swan Lake where we made our very own swan from choux pastry, filled with delicious chocolate and cream.
Dora Humphry loved being able to participate with the construction of the swans.
And would you believe we really enjoyed eating the swan we created!
