Welcome new faces to Home Care

We’re excited to announce the appointment of key staff as the division gears up for growth and later, the government’s changes to Home Care.

Zoe Heron has taken on the newly-created role of Head of Operations, overseeing both the operational and clinical divisions of Home Care, reporting to Executive Manager Kylie Steele.

“There is even more concentration on clinical quality and governance with the coming changes to the quality standards for home care,” Zoe said.

“The new structure allows us to continue to grow our allied health and clinical care to meet growing demand.

“I have oversight of the new Wellness Centre which is now up and running in Belmont, which is very exciting, and my new role allow me to be involved in new projects such as the new database for Home Care.

“I am passionate about recruiting and developing quality staff to join our team.”

Zoe is joined by recently promoted Operations Manager Denise Thomas, our new Client Engagement Consultant Janine Batten and Clinical Quality Manager Karen Tran.

While the planned government reforms to home care are delayed until mid-2025, we continue to grow, and it’s good to know that home care is well placed to respond to our clients.
