2019 Institute in Healthcare Excellence Awards

On 28th August Marist Lodge Chef Parween Ramsahye took home the Brightest Star Award at the 2019 National Institute of Hospitality in Healthcare Excellence Awards (IHHC) held in Melbourne at 38th National IHHC Conference.

On 5th July Parween won the Brightest Star Award at the 2019 Western Australian Sub Branch IHHC Awards alongside Catholic Homes’ Manager of Hotel Services Carey Bray, who won the IHHC Leadership Award and was deservedly acknowledged for his commitment and determination in establishing and leading the IHHC Committee whilst increasing its profile and membership.

Nominated at the Western Australian Sub Branch IHHC awards were: Racquel Alza (Kitchen Support Worker, St Vincent’s) for Brightest Star Award; Parween Ramsahye (Chef, Marist Lodge) for Leadership Award; Kris Gorayah (Chef, Castledare Village) for Customer Service/Values in Action Award.

 

2019 ASCA Aged Care Awards

Ocean Star’s Wellness Clinic was nominated as a finalist in the ‘Innovation in Service or Design’ category in the ASCA Aged Care Awards.

 

2019 Western Australian Regional Achievement and Community Awards

Ocean Star was nominated in the 2019 Western Australian Regional Achievement and Community Awards in the Prime Super Employer Excellence in Aged Care Awards.

 

2018 Hospitality and Lifestyle Aged Care Awards

Congratulations Carey Bray and Marist Lodge for being selected as category finalists in the 2018 Hospitality and Lifestyle Aged Care Awards for the 2018 Hospitality Manager Award and 2018 Facility Event/Theme Day Award.
